I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Taylor Bennett Foundation (London, England) in May 2023
Interview
Assessment day format: Was asked to prepare a presentation beforehand for the first interview, followed by a general second interview. Breaks in between, get to know the other interviewees. Lasted less than 2 hours. Didn't receive any feedback afterwards and was ignored over email correspondence when I requested it.

Question 1
Why choose this programme instead of a graduate scheme or master's degree?
I applied online. I interviewed at Taylor Bennett Foundation (London, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
Two interviews, one where they ask about you as well as competency questions. This was followed by a writing task (press release) as well as how you would go about publishing it. The second interview involved discussing the task and meeting one of the trustees for more competency-based questions. The CEO is very friendly, approachable, and open, and asked all questions honestly. It was overall a good experience and Melissa did make sure to explain why I did not get the job in the end. It was possible the nicest rejection I've ever had.
