The interview process was well structured and efficient. The first call was with the director of Talent Management, followed by calls with a few of the senior consultants. Then, I was invited for in-person interviews at the offices at Lambertville. At Lambertville, I met a few senior folks, including the President and the CEO. The interviewers were well prepared, having reviewed by background/ experience.
