Very bad communication . The candidate will be called 100 times before interview process to be available on time and the recruiter is taking almost entire interview session to be available . Candidates are not free , they do have many other work. Please make atleast one call to the panel to make sure they will be on time to interview , instead of calling a candidate 100 times. And if we exit from call, 10 more calls will pop-up asking why am i not in meeting . This has to be corrected

Three levels of interview happened. 1. Telephonic 2. Technical f2f 3. HR Each levels of interview taken around an hour. Tricky questions were passed to you and with in a short span of time your ideally to solve the question and the method you are applying to give them an answer was noted.
