I have attended the interview as lateral and it was a pretty good experience and I been informed about any updates regularly and with my first interview been a walk-in and next round was with the project manager with him been very nice and cold enough for me. It was very short and satisfying interview process

Thorough professionals. Testing, tools, methodology, framework, automation, transformation were discussed. Testing previous experience, testing process, documentation, defect management, E2E process. These were the topics discussed during the interview

Not very challenging generally. Stick to basics and you might get through. If you are able to explain your experience in a decent fashion they will select you. Take care of simple soft skills of answering in a neat fashion. Be prepared to face questions on writing sample code. They will test with few scenario based questions to check your real experience.
