Long interview process, very technical questions
As far as TCS is concerned there is no streamlined process of hiring as most of the people in the hiring and recruitment team themselves are not clear about the right process to be followed. The ask for unnecessary documentation just makes new hires go crazy and skeptical about the validity.
First round technical second round management third round HR. It is nice interacting with them…. Good one to share knowledge with each other…. Easy one can be cracked with better knowledge on the subject

Screening them they have toen two technical and then hr round and everything is done as process and disciplined . Professional process is following and communication is always clear. In case of doubt hr is always answer
