1. Technical Round (TR)
The TR focused on my technical understanding, covering:
• Core concepts like OOP, DSA, DBMS, and basic system design
• Coding logic and problem-solving
• Questions on projects, real-time scenarios, and technology choices
The TR mainly assessed depth of knowledge, clarity of thought, and approach to solving technical challenges.
2. Managerial Round (MR)
The MR evaluated how I think and operate in a team environment. Topics included:
• Situation-based questions
• Responsibility handling, deadlines, and decision-making
• My role in team projects
• How I approach conflicts, pressure, and ownership
This round focused more on mindset than pure technical skills.
3. HR Discussion
The HR part was smooth and mainly covered:
• Communication and confidence
• Relocation, flexibility, and interest in the Prime Cadre
• Salary/process clarity
It was more of a conversation than an interview.
