The interview process at Tata Consultancy Services was structured and professional. It began with an online aptitude and technical assessment covering logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and basic programming. After clearing the test, I was invited to the technical interview, where I was asked about data structures, algorithms, and my project experience in React.js and the MERN stack. This was followed by a managerial/HR interview, which focused on my communication skills, problem-solving approach, and career aspirations. Overall, the process was well-organized, transparent, and gave me an opportunity to showcase both my technical and interpersonal skills.
