The recruiter was great and transparent with the interview process, which sets the tone for the subsequent rounds with Hiring Manager and Cultural Fit (team). Unfortunately, the expectations fell short. For the remaining 2 rounds, the interviewers have a list of questions that they want to get through, which was fine but I felt like it was an interrogation since there was a lack of introduction to the department or roles and responsibilities. Luckily, I didn't make it to the last round which involves a case study and presentation.
