Interview

Once you pass that, the real interview begins with a second manager who actually interviews you like usual. Here is where the important questions are asked and where everything is confirmed from the information given to them by said person wanting the position.
Pretty easy. It was for a season position for the fall months (October, November, December) so they needed people. Ended up becoming a part time position and I worked there for about six years.
