It was really nice and conversational, the recruiter was really helpful in helping prepare. Everyone was really nice to talk to and questions transitioned into conversations very smoothly. It was a great interview process, but there was sometimes a long gap between interviews.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Bengaluru) in Feb 2023
Interview
I was approached by HR on LinkedIn. They asked me send in my CV and Portfolio and was later approached by another HR who told me I've been shortlisted and i was asked to fill in the form on their web portal ( which was surprising as I didn't meet their experience requirements). However, i got to the interview and it went quite well. I was asked about my past experiences, my passions and skills and why I wanted to join target. It was fairly informal and the interviewer was very approachable. However, due to the experience criteria, i didn't get the job. I feel there are internal communication issues between HR and the team. The HR shouldn't be shortlisting candidates who don't meet the criteria. Overall, I felt like the company seemed like a nice place to work out, I'm open to considering it again ( hope to get a better HR experience next time!)

Interview
First round was a call with their hiring department. They did a video call where they had me walk them through my portfolio site, as well as grilled me with questions for a half hour.
