Interview
About a week after filling out an online application, I received a phone call from the local Target's HR rep. She asked me a couple of behavioral questions over the phone, the only one I can remember is: "Can you describe a time you worked with another person to achieve a goal?" She then asked a few questions about my availability an asked me to come in for an in-person interview. The in-person interview lasted about an hour, and consisted of eight behavioral questions, four from the HR rep, and four from my potential supervisor. I was offered the job on the spot and given 24 hours to take a drug test. I started work about two weeks later.
