Interview
Phone interview is with the supervisor over the phone. They ask a series of questions about past experience.
2nd interview is with the Estl
Come into the facility and have a sit down interview with the executive manager
Easy for the most part! especially if you have prior customer support experience. Most questions were situational questions. They do ask about your background. I enjoyed the interview experience for the most part.
