I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tamarac (Seattle, WA)
Interview
It depends on who you get. They made some sort of stupid test to give applicants to test how fast they can compare numbers. So you should have good eyesight lol.
One manager laughs about candidates and likes to give them a hard time. Reads resumes aloud to his buddies during work. The other is nicer.

Question 1
If you get the hard manager it could be anything. Most likely he'll ask some excel questions. Most common- "What is absolute reference in excel for"? Yes stupid questions- but many of the idiots that actually apply for the job can't answer it
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tamarac (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2015
Interview
There was an information session to phone interview to in person interview. The phone interview was very simple. A little bit about your experiences, but more of the interviewer speaking about the position. The in person interview was a little harder. 2 separate 30 minute interviews in the downtown office. They both dive deep into your resume and experiences. Still all
behavioral.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tamarac (Raleigh, NC) in Aug 2014
Interview
It was a laid back and comfortable experience. Standard type of interview experiences you have had, how did you deal with certain situations. The job requires some industry knowledge and to be good at Excel and databasing so much of my interview focused on financial acumen and deal ability to learn new programs. Strangely though, I said that I was looking to pursue my CFP that year after I relocated it I got the job. I was met by laughter as the 2 managers both joked that they did all the education requirements but new sat for the exam.
