First email, then portfolio, then coding challenges after if you are successful an HR viewing process. I was applying for the software engineering role this might change if you are looking for game design or 3D artist kind of role
There is a 5 question coding exam and after the exam I had a meeting with the developers and they asked questions to know about me and tested my technical knowledge. At the end I had a meeting with Armağan Abi and he also asked some technical questions and we talked about my former projects.
