Flexible, with a bit of a laid-back yet professional air around it. Easy to navigate. Comfortable and straightforward. They ask you questions based on how likely you might fit into their team, as they are looking for a diverse team with different strengths, like a well oiled machine with specialized moving parts.
the interview process, i would say as a whole, went about as an interview for a feast food joint from 12 years ago should go. The manager at the time was nice
In person with management inside the store at the location you are applying to work at but be irritated to wait during rush times because they are busy most the time
