Long but very casual. They use question cards to choose the types of questions s they ask you depending on what position your applying for. But no matter what your applying for they will train you where they need you.

They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.
