The interview and hiring process was extremely simple I applied online and literally two days later they called me in. When I showed up the manager just asked me when I could start and that was it.

They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.
