I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Tableau Software (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2013
Interview
Recruiting team acted very fast as I had other offers. I was called on-site after 1 phone-screen which was pretty easy. They asked me set of technical questions and asked to explain an algorithm to solve a easy to moderately difficult problem. There was no live coding or dictating a program on the phone.
Onsite interview included programming questions of moderate difficulty. The interviewers were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. There were questions on how I got interested in the company and whether I am genuinely interested in the product. They also ask questions to test for cultural fit.

phone screen (leetcode medium) + onsite (4 rounds)
The overall process is not so satisfied. All their White engineers had angry faces during that day, a little bit unprofessional. Had no idea what happened to their team.
Not recommended this company at this year. (No offend)
