Interview
One-hour phone interview / screening followed by a submission of my personal writing samples. I was also requested to create a sample blog based off of topics and content chosen by Ms. Zampieri. Was offered the position one week after interviewing. I felt the interview was engaging, honest and overall, I was very excited to learn more about the position and the company. I felt the expectations were clearly laid out and I understood that the company was clearly someone with autonomy, accountability, and integrity.
