Within one week I received a call asking for a phone interview and to set up a time for an in-person interview. This is positive because most organization take a long time to get back to you.
Before the interview, we took a walk around the office. After that, we went to a conference room and had an interview with myself and 5 others. I was for sure qualified for the position. During the interview no one had a list of question to ask. They all just thought of question on the spot which I thought was very unorganized (RED FLAG). I did my research on this company very well before I went in for the interview. I looked at all of their social media platforms and more. From TSI Healthcare Instagram alone you can tell that they have a lack of diversity and I noticed that in the interview as well (RED FLAG). It took them about a week or more to let me know if I got the position or not.
