Interview
I spoke with the corporate recruiter first. We spoke about the position. I was then asked to take an assessment that only took about 15 minutes. I was then asked to have an interview the next day via Teams. After my interview I was offered a position. Very easy and pleasant process.

Interview
I initially got a call with a few pre-screening questions. After that, I had a Teams meeting with a few people from HR as well as the supervisor of the department. After the Teams interview, I received a follow-up call with a job offer. It was a very seamless experience.

One of the questions I was asked during the interview process was "What makes you a good candidate for this role?"
The interview process was very enjoyable. The HR staff let you know exactly where you stood during the entire process. They were also available for any follow-up questions that I had.
