Interview
The initial interview was one-on-one and straightforward; I was asked simple questions to make sure I understood the services offered by the company. The call-back interview felt uncomfortable. It was a group interview and included those applying for the Production Technician position. After sitting in front of a panel of management we proceeded to the written portion of the interview. Individual interviewees were called back to speak briefly with current employees while the written portion was being conducted.

Interview
Personal interview with the HR Manager is the first step. If you pass that, then they invite you to a group interview with other candidates. The group interview contains activities and questions to determine your cohesion in working in groups. Then the Production team interviews you after the activities and you take a small test.

Interview
After submitting my cover letter and resume, I was contacted quickly for an interview with HR. It took about 40 minutes and was fairly relaxed. The second interview was a group interview where they gave us a quick scenario to go through together. After that they gave us a quiz and then did individual interviews where they asked mostly the same questions again, but this time with the individuals you'd be working with (lab manager, production manager, etc). This second interview took 1.5 hours.
