      Junior Visual Designer Interview

      5 Sept 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Seattle, WA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TINYpulse (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2018

      Interview

The interview process was a comprehensive multi-step process that was very well thought out and concise. The first part of the process was a phone interview to see if I would be a good fit with the company. The second part of the interview was another phone screen with the designer that I was prospected to work with. After the phone screens, I was brought in to meet several of the individuals I would be working closely with. I met with five different people which took a total of three hours. The last part of the interview was a video chat with the designer which involved a small project I was asked to complete.
