Interview
Primero evalúan si se hablas Inglés, realizan un examen psicológico, un examen de inglés y cuando se han pasado las pruebas ofrecen las bacantes con las que cuentan.
Al aceptar una de las propuestas se realiza una última entrevista para conocer si la empresa interesada está conforme y si serás contratado.
It was stressful .I don’t expected but it was in 2 languages. There were a lot of questions. The annoying thing for me was that it was switching from one language to another.
Brief phone interview. Asked about previous experience. And they judge your phone speaking ability. It’s abit too brief and the conversation from the interviewer is very scripted. Maybe it would be better to have an opportunity for a face to face interview.
