Exactly as described on the website. Resume screen, psychometric test + hardly ethical pseudo-IQ test, phone screen, video case study for 5 mins, then director panel.
Not only is the second part of the psychometric test (their pseudo lQ test) barely ethical, it's also ridiculous that a company even tests this to begin with and their lack of human interaction basically until the final stages makes the process feel hollow.
The recruiter was nice and that's probably the only saving grace here. Phone screen was a lot of eligibility questions along with how would you explain this concept to a 5 year old + why GTLP.
The panel interview at the end was a bunch of situational questions. I was sad to see they didn't ask me anything from my resume, nor did their technical question actually test any knowledge. At least one question asked to design an appliance product, but they refused to actually give any details on what they were looking for along with the requirements of the product; basically a system design with no actual discussion. They focused on vague questions like 'what is leadership' or 'why gtlp'. Be prepared to pretty much create answers sucking up to their values.
Be prepared for 80k a year with no job growth until the end of year 2 if you accept.
