Lots of red tape. Had 5 different interviews and it took over 4 weeks from the first interview. Same questions at each interview which was annoying. Typical run-of-the-mill questions. It was as if they didn't review my previous interviews.

Interview
I attended the TD hiring event last month. You need to bring a copy of your resume. The interview has two rounds, both are 1 to 1 interview. The first round takes only about 5 to 10 minutes. If you passed the first round they will tell you to wait for the second round. The second interview lasts about 40-50 minutes. If you passed the second round they will send you an online questionnaire in a few days.

Interview
Applied online, next day received a personality assessment. Two days later I had a phone interview and then was invited to a group interview. After that I was interviews twice at two different branches. A week later was offered a position.
Interview was very easy because managers seemed like they could careless. I met with a group panel and then met with the ASM then the branch manager. We talked about everything and then I was made an offer the following day.
