I applied online and I received a phone call within the same week by an HR employee setting up a time for a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was told that I had made it to the final round of interviews. I went for a in-person interview(I believe they allow you to take the final interview on the phone) because I thought it would look better. All interview questions were standard. There were a few behavioral questions, but besides that it wasn't that difficult at all. I got a call the next day by an HR employee and I was offered the job.

Applied on the website. The recruiter reached out and was helpful. It was a panel interview. It felt like speaking to a wall. It was clear that they were doing other work on their computer or on their phone.

Interview
The interview process was fairly standard. First round was a 30-minute screening interview with someone from HR, and then the second was a 30-minute interview with 2 managers in the marketing department. No case questions, only behavioural.
I had a phone interview followed by a video interview and now now one responds when I follow up! Very poor experience, the least they can do is answer your email!!
