I applied through other source. I interviewed at TD in May 2014
Interview
Two phone interviews thus far, conducted very courteously. No formal interview questions. Job specific questions, relevancy of experience to the position, core competencies. Traditional fact finding interview, no tricky or canned or oddball questions designed to reveal tendencies or character or ideation.

Question 1
The position must require expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite of applications because I was asked if I used formulas and what formulas I typically used. Excel is second nature to me so I couldn't grasp if I was being asked if I used VLookup or =MID. It was an entry level question I wasn't prepared for. I just said I used whatever I needed, whether that was a formula or a macro or a pivot table; maybe it's an Access Database. I just use whatever I need to collect or aggregate data in order to answer a question, solve a problem or present results.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TD in Feb 2025
Interview
Interview process was standard, mix of behavioural and technical questions. Interviewers were very kind. They did ask one out of the box question, other than this, the process was good.
Questions were mainly about my past job experience, not many behavioral questions. The whole process tool about two weeks, fairly efficient compared to other banks. Interviewers were nice and would encourage you to ask any questions

Question 1
Asked about my experience in projet management, finance management and process implementation
unorganized, too much time to get back, couple of rounds phone interview and case interview. Case is like 10 years old and is not up to date with today's standards. You have to literally wait a month or two to get feedback.

Question 1
What is your current experience? Why are you looking for a change? What is NPV?
