Apply for a senior position about project management, got a phone call 2 weeks later and asked me for an interview. In the interview the interviewer explained to me that the original position has been filled but there is another position called project manager (which is a junior position) and would like to check if I'm interested. All behavioral questions throughout interview, but the interviewer couldn't explain to me the exact job responsibilities and team that I would be in if I got an offer. A week later they called me in for the second interview and the new interviewer was not my hiring manager and she simply repeated the same questions that I had in the first interview. Similar to the first interview, no job responsibilities and descriptions available for me. Overall poor interview process and no confirmed details from the interviewers for what kind of candidates they were looking for.
