Interview
They started asking me directly the questions that they wanted. I did not have the change to introduce myself, neither to speak about my experience.
They asked behavioral questions and technical questions. Behavioral questions were okay, technical questions (most of them were impossible to solve right there) and also the Chinese girl who was asking that questions had problems speaking English, so you had to ask multiple times what she really asking.
Very disappointing.
Never again I am going to apply to this "bank".
Applied through agency, got invite for written assessment followed by interview with hiring manager. Written assessment was scenario based questions - they will give a situation and you need to determine what indicators are at play and if there was suspicious activity warranting further review.
