Interview
First met with Branch Manager at the Branch I applied for, then met with the Market Manager in another location. They are looking for personality, smile, customer service skills, experience with mystery shopping, cross training (cashier, teller etc). Tip: Pray to God who provides and be yourself!
Phone screening as the first step, after that online task to be completed. If successful, will be invited to group and individual interview event at TD office. Average interview difficulty.

Interview
Hiring and Interview process was pretty long. You have to fill out the application online, then wait for an e-mail or call. There is a phone interview first. After I was called I had to attend an information session, then come back for an interview. I was called back within 3 days with a salary offer.

After the information session, at the actual interview they ask you about the session in detail, some of the things are hard to remember if it's a week or more after the session.
