It was a technical interview over the phone. I don't think the interviewers were interested in taking the interview. It says right on my resume how much experience I have but they still said I don't have enough experience. I don't understand why they would want to waste everyone's time.

1 hour virtual interview with 1 person which involved mostly technical questions based on python and SQL , their applications, my projects and a few behavioural questions to judge my personality

It was simple as the contractor they mainly evaluated on the technical skills in related technology lasted for 1 hour. They had called for in-person interview at their office. The technical project manager interviewed.
