Interview
1. Got a call suddenly from HR and was asked to complete a 30 min online assessment before they called back after 4 days for a telephonic interview.
2. It was a 30 min telephonic interview with basic questions about yourself and the bank.
3. Got an e-mail for final interview which was scheduled about 1-2 weeks later.
4. It was about 2 hours process with one on one interview followed by a group presentation on trying to promote some services.
Awesome interview process, it was professional & courteous. The interview process is lengthy, but worth it in the end!
I spend two years in this role and I loved it.

Tell me about yourself and why you want to be an FSR?
There was only one store manager in the interview. It was an in person interview. Before that, I also went through a phone interview. Overall, their interview was pretty easy.
1st phone, 2nd video call (2 different people), 3rd offer letter, 4th go take pick up pcs, 5th start working. Customer service type of questions. Tell me about yourself. Weaknesses and strengthens
