Telephone screen first, then schedule an interview at branch. Be interviewed by branch manager and manger of customer services.
Total interview time was around 30 mins. Questions are pretty general and easily prepared if you searched top interview questions online.
Awesome interview process, it was professional & courteous. The interview process is lengthy, but worth it in the end!

Tell me about yourself and why you want to be an FSR?
There was only one store manager in the interview. It was an in person interview. Before that, I also went through a phone interview. Overall, their interview was pretty easy.
1st phone, 2nd video call (2 different people), 3rd offer letter, 4th go take pick up pcs, 5th start working. Customer service type of questions. Tell me about yourself. Weaknesses and strengthens
