Interview
I went to a job fair at the bank and was interviewed that same day. The interview 1 on 1 with the bank manager. It was sort and sweet and consisted of mostly background and sales related questions.
Advice: Wear business attire, make sure to smile and play up any customer service or sales experience you have. If you have no experience as a CSR or sales associate, play up any experience working with the public; even volunteer work.

Interview
Over the phone, an initial interview with HR and then a final interview with the branch manager. The interview with HR was easy but the branch manager was tough. The branch manager was friendly and the staff was great

There were two phone interviews with the same person from corporate and then I went to the branch and had an interview with the branch manager. They called me about a week later and told me I got the job.
Easy just asked the usual what do u do in a hard situation when dealing with a difficult customer. There is 2 prts one with hr and the other with branch manager
