Very smooth process and multiple interviews with different people which I like so it isn't as bias. The test they make you take was too standard and really had nothing to do with the actual job itself I think that could be updated or changed.

I applied online for the CS position in financial services, was asked to take a skills test. Passed the assessment, then asked to interview through hire vue. I completed some written and recorded some answers with my webcam. Now I'm still waiting to hear a response. Its been one week.

Applied and in a week received a call back for an interview at another location.
The worst aspect about this interview was one of the managers. She was on her cell phone the whole time & barely acknowledged that I was present. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
