They placed emphasis on previous work experience and ability to perform at a high level while abiding by all company policies and procedures. The application process consisted of an assessment test which comprised the general questions regarding character and a test which was analytical thinking and problem solving. Next step was a phone interview followed by an in store interview.

Involved 6 Market Manager Over seen with the presence of thier Market Manger . Same day Process; 3 rounds of Interviews if you are some one they are concidering to pass you thru to background. Round for round 2 Market managers intervew candidates 2 for 1 style.
