      Embedded Software Engineer Interview

      26 Jul 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Denver, CO
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Denver, CO)

      Interview

Red Flags all over - I interviewed with a T-Mobile recruiter over the phone who set me up with a n engineering phone interview. The phone interview went well and the engineer I spoke said 'let's bring you in for some whiteboarding', which I was happy to agree to. He said the recruiter would get back to me to set it up. A week plug goes by and nothing, so I reach out to her via email to get an automatic reply that the accounts not active. I was actually interested in going further and I get stuff happens so I reach out on the T-Mobile Facebook messenger to get help getting back in contact with someone to move this forward. That works and I get a call a few days later from another recruiter who explains the last one's contract expired mid-process. He has to get back in contact with the engineer I spoke with to see how to move forward. I email him 3 more times and every time there is an issue with why he couldn't get the info on if I am actually green lighted to come in for white-boarding... I wouldn't go further now though because if you can't coordinate two engineer's to meet that already agreed on it then I'm worried there may be bigger issues. Never hear back from them needless to say.
