Interview
It was a phone interview with a recruiter whose questions were mainly based around past experience situations rather than "how would you handle" type of questions. Some questions were, "give a situation where a direct report (subordinate) disagreed with your management style" or "A time you needed to make an on the spot leadership decision and what was the outcome". Generally it was a pleasant experience, not a-lot of pressure and recruits seemed down to earth and friendly.

Give a situation where coaching and corrective behavior didn't t fix a problem with an associate and you had to terminate the employee.
The interview process is in SBI (situation, behavior, impact). Be sure to have some scenarios in mind of previous sales and coaching. Be specific and describe the situation and how you overcame or was successful as a result of the behaviors you displayed.

Involved 6 Market Manager Over seen with the presence of thier Market Manger . Same day Process; 3 rounds of Interviews if you are some one they are concidering to pass you thru to background. Round for round 2 Market managers intervew candidates 2 for 1 style.
