It’s easy and 2 rounds. First over the phone and then they called me in for an interview and show me on the job. The trainers are super nice as well.

Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (North Charleston, SC) in Jun 2018
Interview
After applying, I received an e-mail that instructed me to download an app for a "digital interview". There were seven questions. You record video responses. A few days later, I was invited to a "Day in the Life" session. Two HR managers talked to a group of us for over an hour, telling us about the job. Then each of us spent 30 minutes watching current employees do the job. After that, we were all sent an e-mail so we could choose times for our one-on-one interviews.
