Speaking to the SystemTec process itself, it was fairly straightforward. Whereas other recruiters leave you to do the paperwork, SystemTec recruiters actually break down your experience over the phone with you, and they fill out your experience matrix, etc. It's quite amazing If they don't feel you're competitive, they tell you right then and there. You actually do have to prove to them you're a good fit, so if you pass their screening, chances are you'll get an interview.
