I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Systematics (Tel Aviv-Yafo)
Interview
I went through a highly unpleasant and disrespectful recruitment process. After an interview with the direct manager, I was asked to complete a task that was supposed to take 2–3 hours. In reality, it required significantly more time and effort, especially as it involved building a comprehensive and detailed plan.
The CEO was extremely unprofessional – asking questions that only someone from inside the company could possibly know, rolling his eyes, inquiring about my previous salary, and ultimately offering a smaller role than the one discussed, despite it being clearly stated in two prior interviews that this was not an option I was open to.
To top it off, when he asked if I had any questions at the end, I said yes – and instead of answering, he said he needed to consult with the previous interviewer before responding. An absolute disgrace.
I withdrew my candidacy immediately after the interview. Overall, the company came off as mediocre, with a condescending and time-wasting hiring process. Not worth the effort.
