Met with head hunter then CEO then Current CTO, interview focused on EQ and fit with culture. Team was very prompt and nice to talk to. Did not pursue as timeframe did not work out
The interview process was straightforward and very friendly. It started with a casual conversation, followed by a collaborative coding session with another engineer. The code review was fast and constructive, which I appreciated. However, despite the positive experience, I didn’t receive an offer. While feedback wasn’t provided, I valued the opportunity to learn from the process.
