The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Syneos Health (New York, NY) in Aug 2023
Interview
I applied online then received an email requesting a phone interview. The guy I spoke to called me 12 minuets late and while we talked about the position, he ate his lunch which sounded like granola. It was very unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. He apologized about being late due to a previous phone interview and that he didn't have an opportunity to eat lunch so he would do so during our phone call. I often had to repeat myself when answering his questions. He also told me its a contract position but not a contract position. Whatever that means? I never worked via contract. He asked what my salary expectations were and I provided him with a range. He then said "How about X amount instead of a range X-X" which was 8k below my low end asking range. After we wrapped up our phone call he called me again to ask me questions we already went over. Like if I was vaccinated or not. Very unorganized. He told me a lady would reach out to me about next steps but never received the phone call or email.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to solve a problem being a part of a time?
The interview process is as fine as can be given that it was zoom. I was offered the role and declined because the windshield time for a very entry level position wasn't worth the entry level salary
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Syneos Health (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
3 Interviews. 2 with managers for contract company and 1 with Syneos manager. Interviews were all very exciting and informative. Nothing too crazy like “sell me this pen”. Know information about what you’re applying to sell and show them you have an interest in selling.

Question 1
Are you comfortable trying to change habits & hear the word no? Why do you want to be in pharmaceutical sales?
I applied online. I interviewed at Syneos Health (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process was structured and went well overall. It consisted of four stages: a recruiter call, a self-recorded video interview, a panel interview, and a final interview. Afterward, they mentioned conducting a background check, drug panel, and MVR check. The entire experience felt standard, and I found it to be a positive one.
