Very professional from Syneos side - well prepared by cv analyzing, with good pace and. Flexible and accesible regarding the time slots. Kind and stright questions. I was explained the company context, the golas and expectations towards a future emplee as well as the process flow. My presentation was received with care and appropriate curiosity. First contact - Maria Baldoni was very helpful, clear and very kind and profesional.

I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of response to the application, the very next day there was an interview with the recruiter, and a while later with the decision makers. Exceptionally friendly attitude of the recruiter, which is often crucial in this type of interview. Constant contact, reliable information. Super!
