Swift Response interview questions

Interview was entirely a Phone interview. Easy process. I was asked about the things I had done at the previous job and would I be flexible enough to learn new skills. I was given the option to start early if my previous employer fired me as I was coming from a really toxic place and was very worried I’d be without a job for two weeks. I was interviewed by my direct supervisor.

The interview process was very haphazard and little to no preparation was made for each interview. I had a total of three interviews. Each one was simply so a different person could ask the same questions. It was as if there was no communication at all between them. Went through this entire process to receive an insulting offer.
