The interview process can vary based on the level of the position. PT and Hourly are 1-2 step interviews. (Phone and/or on site.) Most salaried positions are 2-4 step interviews. (Informal phone-screen, more "formal" phone-interview with hiring manager either in person or video and finally, an on-site. in-person interview.) All positions receive a verbal offer and are then required to complete pre-employment background checks and drug-screening to determine employment eligibility.
