There are two on-site interviews and have been talking to four interviewers. The whole interview process is arranged by an engineer, not HR. The interviewers did not ask detail technical questions since they do not have similar technical backgrounds. Spend about 10 to 20 minutes to talk to each interviewer.

It was a phone interview with Hiring Manager. Lots of questions about past experience. It was planned as 30 mins but well exceeded 40 mins. I was expecting next steps but didn't hear for a while.

Lengthy 30 days process. Hiring Manager -> Senior Manager -> Vice President. HR's decision is absolute in terms of H1B or sponserde jobs. Interview here at you own discretion if you are on any kind of visa.
