Filled out an application and got an interview pretty quickly. Manager was polite and asked key questions concerning my experience, transportation, and desire/ability to work. After the interview I received a job offer.

Super easy. After you apply call within a day and they'll have you come for an interview. They will hire you at the spot. They will give you a week to train and after that you're on your own whether you know everything or not.

Short, a little intimidating, but overall very easy to interview. Questions are simple and easier to answer. Mainly looking for reliable employees that are honest and competent You have a one on one with the manager, sometimes the assistant manager or head of housekeeping will be there depending on what position you apply for.

Interview
This was the most informal interview that I've ever had. The boss and his secretary were very unprofessional. My boss was OVER AN HOUR late to my interview, but I stuck around anyway. He reeked of marijuana. The secretary kept saying "Can you wait for 5 more minutes? He is on his way." and never offered me a glass of water, coffee, or anything... when she was sitting within plain sight of all of these things.

Very informal. "Do you want the job?" "Can you work 2nd shift even though we called you here for a 1st shift position?" etc.
