Easy interview, they did a group interview at my community. I interviewed with the executive director, director of sales and area manager of sales, then a phone interview with regional director of sales. Then they did a predictive index test online to determine a personality fit.

Was very seamless experience. Would recommend to anyone starting out in senior sales industry. If was an overall good experience would recommend and recommend. Loved it. Had all my questions answers

Group interview, many different positions at the same time. Then they contact those they are interested in. Very quick. Prior to interview they have you fill out a sheet which you hand in.

2 interviews in person & 1 phone interview . First with HR, then ED, then phone with regional. Fairly cut & dry! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Would highly recommend. Process aaa not as painful as other reviews have stated. I would hope working with our elderly population wouldn’t be too easy of a process anyways.
